Musicians connected to the Vienna Philharmonic travel with Philharmonic Generations Vienna to cities and regions around the world to develop concert programs in collaboration with local orchestras, music universities, or schools. After an intensive rehearsal phase, the results are presented on site — either as a standalone concert or as part of a tour. This creates a musical dialogue that carries Viennese tradition forward while fostering international exchange at the highest artistic level.
